Tissue Restoration Lab is dedicated to develop therapeutic products across the entire spectrum of Technology Readiness Levels from ideation, validation to commercialization.

We are a translational research group focused on developing novel therapeutic solutions for various diseases by targeting ion channels. We characterize the expression and function of lysosomal, mitochondrial, plasma-membrane bound ion channels of immune cells, bone cells and sperm under physiological and pathological states. We genetically and pharmacologically modulate ion channel signalling to improve cellular function.
